In connection with report No. 5/2020 of 4 February this year and fulfilling provisions of point 8 of the Offer to Acquire the Shares of IMS S.A., the Board of Directors of IMS S.A. informs that the reduction rate in the 1st tranche of the buy-back of own shares is 79.19%.
