The Board of Directors of IMS Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Warsaw (“Company”) informs that in the period from 24.06.2019 to 28.06.2019 the Company acquired, through OPERA Dom Maklerski Sp. z o.o., 4,806 (four thousand eight hundred six) own shares at the average unit price of PLN 3.72. The total acquisition price, including the cost of acquisition, amounted to PLN 17,932.84. The shares were acquired under Tranche 7 of the Company Own Shares Buy Back Program.
In line with information submitted by OPERA Dom Maklerski Sp. z o.o.:
- on 24.06.2019, 800 IMS S.A. shares were acquired constituting 0.0025% share in the share capital of the Company and 0.0025% votes in the General Shareholder Meeting. The average unit acquisition price was PLN 3.71;
- on 25.06.2019, 1,600 IMS S.A. shares were acquired constituting 0.0049% share in the share capital of the Company and 0.0049% votes in the General Shareholder Meeting. The average unit acquisition price was PLN 3.69;
- on 26.06.2019, 1,023 IMS S.A. shares were acquired constituting 0.0032% share in the share capital of the Company and 0.0032% votes in the General Shareholder Meeting. The average unit acquisition price was PLN 3.61;
- on 27.06.2019, 250 IMS S.A. shares were acquired constituting 0.0008% share in the share capital of the Company and 0.0008% votes in the General Shareholder Meeting. The average unit acquisition price was PLN 3.58;
- on 28.06.2019, 1,133 IMS S.A. shares were acquired constituting 0.0035% share in the share capital of the Company and 0.0035% votes in the General Shareholder Meeting. The average unit acquisition price was PLN 3.89.

The nominal value of one share is PLN 0.02, and the total nominal value of shares acquired on the dates mentioned above was PLN 96.12. The acquired block of shares constitutes 0.0148% of the Company’s share capital and gives 4,806 votes constituting 0.0148% votes in the General Shareholder Meeting of the Company.
At present the Company holds in total 162,903 own shares, constituting 0.50% of the Company’s share capital and giving 162,903 votes constituting 0.50% of votes in the General Shareholder Meeting of the Company.
