In connection with report No. 18/2018 of 5 June this year and fulfilling provisions of point 8 of the Invitation to submit Offers to Dispose of the Shares of IMS S.A., the Board of Directors of IMS S.A. informs that the reduction rate in the 2nd tranche of the buy-back of own shares is 15.51%.
