The Company’s Supervisory Board issued a favourable opinion on the policy regarding IMS S.A.’s share-based incentive schemes, as set forth in the resolution of the Company’s Management Board dated October 12, 2026, published in ESPI Report 21/2026 on October 12, 2026.
