Management Board of IMS S.A. (“Company”) hereby announces that it has received today a decision of the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, concerning the registration on 1 August 2025 of amendments to the Company’s Articles of Association. The amendments to the Articles of Association were made pursuant to Resolution No. 20 of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company of 18 June 2025.
