The Management Board of IMS
S.A. announces that the date of publication of the standalone annual report for
2021 and the consolidated annual report for 2021 has been changed. Both reports
will be published on 27 April 2022, and not, as initially announced by the
Company, on 12 April 2022. (in accordance with current report No. 1/2022 of 13
January 2022).
