Atrium Reduta Shopping Centre in Warsaw entrusted us with modernising its communication and customer service system with use of interactive technologies. We designed stands and info-points with an interactive map application dedicated to that facility (Localizer System). The stands are equipped with the Discount Machine to distribute promotional and discount coupons for the needs of lotteries, contests and loyalty programs. Our high quality customer service solution has proven itself both in the traditional system where additional information is provided by an Info-point employee and in the modern interactive self-operated system. Interactive solutions are used especially at weekends when the number of visitors is the biggest.
