(“the Company”) informs of the receipt on 9 October 2017 of the notification pursuant to Article 19 paragraph 1 of the Market Abuse Regulation from the Vice President of the Board of IMS S.A. Mr Wojciech Grendziński – referring to the disposal of 6,410 shares of IMS S.A.
